gt44 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the gt44 platform. This document serves as a legal agreement between you and gt44.

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the gt44 platform ("gt44", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). By using the gt44 website or mobile platform, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are written in English and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the gt44 platform.

Important: gt44 is for persons aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility to Register

The following conditions must be met to open an account with gt44:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
  • You may only hold one account in your name.
  • You must not have been previously banned from gt44.
  • You must be opening the account of your own free will.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of your account and any balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each member may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, from the same household, or from the same device will be treated as fraudulent activity. In such cases, gt44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, whether authorised or not.

  • Never share your login details with any third party.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
  • Always log out after using your account, especially on shared devices.
  • gt44 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

In the event of account hacking or unauthorised access, we will provide all possible assistance; however, gt44 will not bear responsibility for losses arising from such incidents.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on the gt44 platform can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • All payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
  • Additional conditions may apply at the time of deposit.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — deposits must come from your own registered payment account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
  • Processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Identity documents may be requested to verify a withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawals will be on hold if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

gt44 reserves the right to investigate accounts, suspend transactions and notify the relevant authorities in the event of any suspicious financial activity.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to claim this bonus:

  • The first deposit must be ৳500 or more to qualify for the bonus.
  • The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (bonus plus deposit amount).
  • Wagering must be completed within the specified time from the date the bonus is received.
  • A member is eligible to receive this bonus only once.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

gt44 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page. As a general rule:

  • Any attempt to abuse bonuses or obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.
  • gt44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
  • Combining multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

5.3 VIP Program

The gt44 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Bronze members enjoy up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Members can be promoted to a higher tier based on their wagering volume and activity.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

gt44 is committed to ensuring Fair Play. All our games are supplied by certified game providers and are secured with SSL encryption. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Playing games using any kind of software, bot or automated tool.
  • Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the game system.
  • Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Attempting to artificially influence game outcomes by any means.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

If such activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to any technical fault or network disconnection, gt44 will make every effort to resolve the situation. However, gt44 does not bear responsibility for losses resulting from internet disconnection.

Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will be considered accepted only once a confirmation message is received after placing the bet. A bet is not valid without confirmation. Odds are subject to change and gt44 reserves the right to change any odds.

7.2 Cancelled Events

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or starts outside the scheduled time, the relevant bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. However, different rules may apply for specific events.

7.3 Cricket Betting

The relevant rules will apply when betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other cricket events. Betting on any event associated with match fixing or corrupt activity is prohibited.

Privacy and Personal Information

  • Your information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
  • All transactions and communications are secured with SSL encryption technology.
  • Documents used for identity verification are stored securely.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Account Closure by Member

Any member may request account closure at any time through our 24/7 live chat support. It is recommended that any existing balance be withdrawn before the request is processed.

10.2 Account Closure by gt44

gt44 reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
  • If fraudulent or dishonest activity is proven.
  • If registration was completed with false information.
  • For legal or regulatory reasons.
  • If money laundering is suspected.

Limitation of Liability

gt44 is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Delays caused by disruption to third-party services (such as payment providers).
  • Compromise of account security due to a member's own negligence.
  • Service disruption due to unforeseen natural disasters or Force Majeure circumstances.

The maximum liability of gt44 shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited in the relevant transaction.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between gt44 and a member, an amicable resolution will be attempted first. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

  • Resolution Time: Every effort will be made to resolve the complaint promptly upon receipt.
  • Appeal: If you are not satisfied with the initial decision, you may request a review at a higher level.

In the event of a dispute, gt44's records and logs will be considered the definitive evidence.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the gt44 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases and other elements — is the exclusive property of gt44 or is used under the appropriate licence. Copying, distributing or commercially using this content in any way without prior written permission is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

gt44 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
